Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. The service is designed for adults 50 and over. You must provide accurate registration information and you may hold only one account.

Account creation and responsibilities

• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Community behavior

Treat every member with courtesy and respect. Follow the Community Guidelines at all times.

Prohibited conduct

• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or abusive behaviour
• Fraud, scams, or financial solicitation of any kind
• Impersonation or fake profiles
• Spam, advertising, or commercial solicitation
• Sexual exploitation or solicitation
• Sharing another person's private information without consent
• Attempting to circumvent safety, security, or moderation systems

Dating safety

The service provides tools and guidance, but cannot guarantee any member's identity, intentions, or conduct. Follow the Safety Center guidance: meet in public, tell someone your plans, and never send money to people you meet online.

User-generated content

You retain ownership of the content you post (profile text, photos, messages). You grant the service a licence to display that content to operate the platform. You must only post content you have the right to share, and photos that genuinely represent you.

Messaging

Messages are private between members, but may be reviewed where needed for safety, moderation, or legal reasons — for example when a report is filed.

Reporting and moderation

Members can report or block others at any time. Reported content may be reviewed by moderators, and action may include warnings, content removal, suspension, or termination.

Intellectual property

The service's name, design, and software belong to the operator. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Third-party services

The service may link to or rely on third-party services (for example payment processors). Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee matches, dates, relationships, or the conduct of any member. Any claim to the contrary would not be honest, and you should treat it as a red flag.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service's liability is limited as set out by counsel in the final version of this document. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.

Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or create risk for other members. You may delete your own account at any time in your profile settings.
